Beth Medrash Govoha is an institute for advanced Talmudic scholarship. Beth Medrash Govoha carries out its objectives through its graduate and undergraduate divisions and through its community based programs. The Beth Medrash Govoha Undergraduate Division is a preparatory five-year college for the Rabbi Aaron Kotler Institute for Advanced Learning. Building Bridges

Misunderstanding and prejudice between Jews and Christians remain today, in large part, due to a lack of communication between the two groups. This is particularly true in Jewish relations with Evangelicals. Issues inevitably arise that create tension and ill will between the communities. In addition, many opportunities for inter-religious cooperation through joint programs on behalf of shared concerns are lost due to this lack of communication. It is against such a 2,000 year backdrop of fear, ignorance and mistrust that the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews of Canada carries out its bridge-building work.

Dear Kupat Ha’ir
In June this year, my grandfather had a severe urinary tract infection. His blood pressure was unbelievably low, he was urinating blood, and had lost consciousness.

The Hospital he was in (Good Samaritan in Monsey N.Y.) was unsure about his recovery and placed him in the Critical Care Unit. There were numerous lines going into his body and he looked dreadful. I sent a $1,000 donation to your Tzedakah and within two days he was talking and eating again. He left the hospital about to weeks later and is now at home. From where he was to where he is bespeaks the miraculous.
